Our history
New Gestion Food was born at the end of 2017 to make Susana Nieto’s dream come true: to turn all her knowledge and experience acquired throughout her career dedicated to gastronomy into a reality, helping projects to position their brand locally, nationally and internationally as an engine for growth.
At New Gestion Food we work with people, which is what lies behind the great chefs, cooks and brands. The relationships we generate are based on one of the words that best defines our project:

Throughout these years, we have managed to restore confidence to great teams that did not believe in their possibilities, we have helped to put on the gastronomic map great projects that were forgotten, we have helped to strengthen teams that were weakened, we have been with them in their awards and recognitions, but we have also been with them in their worst moments reminding them that the best is always yet to come.

Passionate about gastronomy, she has been sharing experiences with Susana for years and throughout this time they have built up a friendship and professional relationship that makes them together an unstoppable team.
