The restaurant ‘O’ by Paco Roncero begins its journey at the Anantera Villa Padierna Palace Resort Hotel in Marbella, where he presents a gastronomic concept inspired in Andalusia culture.

Paco Romero explores the product, flavor and roots of traditional Andalusian and Spanish cuisine, where the treatment of local product is exceptional and implementation of avant-garde techniques.

In this project “El Olivo de Paco Roncero” was recovered, in order to enjoy a tasting of olive oil made with the olives of the millenary olive tree.
