Bestfarmers.eco is the project undertaken between Chef Eneko Atxa from Azurmendi Restaurant and Xabi Uribe-Etxebarria that intends to promote the best producers, giving them visibility and recognition for their work. To do so, as part of a series of initiatives, Bestfarmers.eco will put a web platform at users’ disposal, in which the best farmers will be presented and will allow users to get to know the feautures of their products in detail, as well as to understand the conditions in which their products are cultivated, fished, treated, produced and wraped.
