She has experienced some of the most exciting moments of Spain’s culinary revolution. She has helped organise successful culinary get-togethers and takes part in the world’s leading haute cuisine congresses and events. 

She has worked for fourteen years with chef Andoni Luis Aduriz and the IXO Grupo management team, as well as managing the Mugaritz restaurant.
